Rules for obtaining services and assistance to the disabled and other people with limited mobility in the Hospital

Dear visitors! 

Please read how the access to our buildings is organised and services are rendered for people with reduced mobility, including the disabled, elderly people, and people with temporary health problems. You can also find out what additional assistance the Hospital staff can provide.

In order to gradually increase the level of accessibility of facilities and services for the disabled, the Hospital has conducted an examination, certification, assessment of the accessibility of therapeutic and diagnostic complexes. An action plan has also been drawn up to adjust areas that cannot be fully adapted to the needs of people with disabilities and people with limited mobility, since the buildings of the Clinic on Fontanka River Embankment, Kadetskaia Line of Vasilyevsky Island and the 7^th Line of Vasilyevsky Island were built in the 19^th − early 20^th centuries and their reconstruction is difficult. Currently, all therapeutic and diagnostic complexes are partially accessible to all categories of disabled people and people with limited mobility.
